I really think that the latency of the connection seems to matter a lot. I agree though, my aim adhesion even gets so bugged by the latency that I'm convinced that its almost behaving opposite of aim-assist where the slow connection lagging behind...

I believe system stats after FW battles are bugged. They don't seem to be displaying the right number of kills/jumps and its unclear if its 1 hr, 12hrs, or 24 hrs. Either way the stats I've seen in recent matches don't make sense.

I'm not sure what the time frame is for the system data, but I played a match in Auner last night. The amount listed for jumps and kills in system didnt match anything close to what DOTLAN had said for both the 1 hrs and 24 hour numbers.

I'm pretty sure that by self blocking they are forced to have a production rate that is 50% to 75% as efficient as just sitting on their districts defending against nobody. Still its probably safer than not 'failblocking'. Whatever 'fix' happens ...
